DENVER- Authorities in Mexico have arrested a man believed to be linked to the death of a Colorado man in 2010.

Salvador Alfonso Martinez Escobedo, a suspected drug cartel leader accused in the massacre of 72 migrants, is also a potential suspect in the death of David Hartley.

Hartley was killed while he and his wife were jet skiing on a lake near the Texas-Mexico border.

His body has never been found.

His wife, Tiffany Hartley of La Salle, says she's hoping this will help bring closure.
