Suspect on the Loose in Burger King Armed Robbery

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- A popular fast food chain was robbed late Friday night leaving authorities searching for the suspect.

At around 10:15 p.m. Grand Junction Police Officers responded to an armed robbery at Burger King located at 1730 North Ave.

Witnesses say the suspect displayed a weapon and threatened them.

The suspect was last seen leaving the restaurant with cash in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as an African-American male over six feet tall with a muscular built wearing all dark clothing and a ski mask.
