GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Aaron Ungles, 26, was charged as an accessory to a murder last month, and now prosecutors have filed two seperate murder charges for Ungles' believed involvement in the death of 38-year-old Rigoberto Luna.

The new charges which were filed Monday include not just the two murder charges but also an aggravated robbery charge.

Luna's body was discovered back in October in a wooded area off B 1/2 Road.

It is suspected Luna was killed for making sexual advances towards the girlfriend of one of the other suspects in the case Nathan Dennis.
