GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Super Bowl Sunday, means one thing, lots and lots of pizza.

NewsChannel 5 wanted to find out how many pizzas were going out Sunday for the Super Bowl, and after calling Domino's, Pizza Hut, Nick-N-Willy's, Little Caesars, and Papa Johns it's estimated about 600 pizzas will be sold.

Nick-N-Willy's says Super Bowl is one of their top five busiest days.

They say they're fully prepared with enough staff and dough.

"That's always the challenge making sure we have plenty of dough. We're in great shape, and we're ready to go. We've got lots of gluten free orders coming in today, that's been kind of a surprise to me. We're seeing lots of gluten free pizzas today," said Janie VanWinkle, owner of Nick-N-Willy's.

Nick-N-Willy's says they expect a five to ten percent increase in sales from last year.

They also have pizzas to take and bake at home.
