Special Olympics Hosts Annual Harvest Gathering

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Organizers of the Special Olympics will be hosting their 12th annual Harvest Gathering.

It's happening Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Lincoln Park Barn in Grand Junction.

A free dinner will include hot dogs, chips, drinks and desserts.

There will also be fun activities like face painting, dancing and a costume contest.

You can buy tickets for a chance to win prizes including a two-night stay in Vail, a flat-screen television and $200 in cash.

All the money raised goes directly to the Special Olympics of Colorado.
