DENVER The U.S. Marshals Service is asking for help from Colorado residents in finding a convicted sex offender, who was once featured on America's Most Wanted.

Matthew Preston Caulk, 46, is wanted for violation of Federal Supervised Release.

Officials say he was sentenced to prison for failing to register as a sex offender, followed by eight years of supervised release.

Caulk left a half-way house in Denver, and a warrant was issued for his arrest last Friday.

Anyone with information on Caulk's whereabouts is urged to contact the U.S. Marshals at 1-877-WANTED2, that's 1-877-926-8332, or Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP(7867). A reward of $2,500 is offered for information leading directly to Caulk's arrest.
