Child Sex Assault Suspect Hears His Charges

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- The man accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl over a span of three years was read his charges today at a Mesa County court.

Charles Bourbeau has been formally charged with 45 counts including sexual assault on a child, sexual assault on a child in a position of trust and sexual assault on a child with a pattern of abuse.

Bourbeau turned himself into the Mesa County Sheriff's Office after learning there was a warrant out for his arrest.
