LA PLATA COUNTY, Colo. - The investigation for a missing 13-year-old Colorado Springs boy is now entering its sixth day.

Dylan Redwine lives in Colorado Springs but was visiting his father in La Plata county on Thanksgiving break.

La Plata County Sheriff's authorities say Mark Redwine told investigators that he saw his son Monday about 7:30 a.m. The boy was gone when Redwine returned after running errands.

According to the Durango Herald, eye witnesses report seeing Dylan on as late as Tuesday afternoon and one even reports seeing him walking with another boy around his age. They were both carrying backpacks, the witness said.

Elaine Redwine, the boy's mother, says that Dylan wouldn't have left willingly and would have called if he were able.

Dylan is 5 feet tall, weighing about 105 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue and white duke baseball hat, a black Nike short sleeved t-shirt and black basketball shorts.

Dylan has a white birthmark on his right shoulder and three moles in his neck/jaw area on the right-hand side.

Anyone with information on Dylan's whereabouts is asked to call the La Plata County Sheriff's Office at 970-385-2900.
