Rollover Accident Pins Driver in Vehicle

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- A single-vehicle car accident on 25 Road and G Road pinned the driver. It happened at around 9:30 p.m on Saturday night.

Officials say the vehicle was traveling eastbound on G Road and going through the roundabout at 25 Road when the female driver hit the light pole and overturned in the median.

She was pinned in the vehicle and sustained some injuries. She was conscious as first responders pulled her out of the vehicle.

The Grand Junction Police Department and the Grand Junction Fire Department responded to the scene.

At this point, the accident is still under investigation.
