Ridgeway Suspect Possibly Connected to Child Enticement Cases

DENVER- The teenager who is suspected of killing Jessica Ridgeway may possibly be connected to two unsolved child-enticement cases.

Austin Sigg, 17, is being held on suspicion of first-degree murder and kidnapping in the death of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway of Westminster.

In September, Arvada police say there were two incidents of a man trying to lure boys about the same age as Jessica into a car.

According to officials, a sketch developed during that investigation bears some resemblance to the 17-year-old murder suspect.

However, police say the sketch is not an exact match with Sigg's mugshot.

Investigators are trying to determine if Sigg had access to a royal blue, four-door sedan, described by witnesses in both of the enticement cases.
