Registered Sex Offender Facing New Sexual Assault Crimes

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- A registered Mesa County sex offender is arrested again for allegedly sexually assaulting multiple children.

According to an arrest warrant from the Grand Junction Police Department, Michael Tracy McFadden was taken into custody for two counts of Sexual Assault on a Child/Position of Trust (Class 3 Felony), Sexual Assault on a Child/Position of Trust with a Pattern of Abuse (Class 3 Felony), two counts of Sexual Assault on a Child (Class 4 Felony), five counts of Sexual Assault on a Child/Position of Trust (Class 3 Felony), Sexual Assault on a Child/ Position of Trust with a Pattern of Abuse (Class 3 Felony) and five counts of Sexual Assault on a Child (Class 4 Felony).

Witness and victim reports accuse McFadden of molesting young children between March 22, 2008 and Dec. 15, 2012.

McFadden is currently a Registered Sex Offender.

His previous conviction was a result of a sexual assault on a child reported in 1990.

McFadden was arrested in North Platte, Neb. on a Grand Junction warrant.

I am very familiar with this predator,I helped get him convicted the first time.I also personally knew his first victim who was A six year old boy & it devastated his life!He is SICK & he will never stop!They need to lock him up & throw away the key! Forever!& btw who cares where he was arrested as long as they caught this sick coward!

And they have recent convicted violent child molesters doing unsupervised "rehab" in secure buildings with children there saying "this is how we need to rehabilitate them." Really? Sounds more like an excuse to not keep them in jail, oh wait that is jail or so they say CommCorr is.
