DENVER- Nearly $30 million in Colorado Lottery revenue will be spent on eight projects along Colorado rivers and creeks, including the Western Slope.

There are five projects along the Front Range that will be funded.

The cost of the largest project is $5 million. That money will improve the
Poudre River trail corridor and assist in the purchase of 1,000 acres
in Larimer and Weld counties.

The three projects receiving money in Western Colorado focus on improvements along the Colorado River in both Eagle County and
Fruita, as well as the Yampa River.
