BOULDER, Colo.- After a storm-related pause, the presidential campaign is back on.

With just four days to go until Election Day, both sides are rushing to Colorado to court voters.

On Thursday President Barack Obama spoke to about 10,000 people at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Notably absent from most of his speech was his opponent, Mitt Romney.

The president focused on the positive and spoke on Sandy. He said, "When disaster strikes, we see America at its best."

President Obama is expected to return to Colorado this Sunday to speak in Aurora.
