Prepare for Road Construction Along Grand Avenue

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Grand Avenue and the Redlands Parkway will be under construction starting Sunday night.

Officials will be preparing for milling and lowering of manholes and water valves along Grand Avenue.

From Monday through Thursday, crews will resurface the pavement on Grand Avenue between Seventh and 12th streets, and improving the drainage for storms.

Resurfacing will also take place Thursday night through Friday, August 3 on Redlands Parkway from Highway 340 to the Colorado River.
