DENVER (AP)- The Head of the GOP kicks off his Western Tour showcasing the party's outreach to Hispanics and Asians.

On Monday, Republican National Committee Chairman, Reince Preibus held a two hour conversation with Hispanic and leaders in Denver and told reporters the GOP needs regular talks on the ground, even when there is not a looming election.

Preibus heads to Los Angeles to meet with Hispanic and Asian voters.

Then, he'll go to technology companies in San Francisco, and end in Seattle, discussing how to overcome his party's deficit in early voting.

The GOP lost Hispanic and Asian voters by a more than 2 to 1 margin in November.
