DENVER- The clock is ticking on a panel to outline a set of rules for regulating marijuana like alcohol.

The committee, appointed by Governor Hickenlooper, will meet with him today to give him recommendations on how the state should regulate marijuana.

The task force will not be making the rules, but will be drafting a proposal to forward to lawmakers.

Their deadline is approaching in less than one month.

There won't be any realistic rules, it's going to be like any other liberal policy.
