DENVER- The Obama Administration proposed new health insurance rules for covering the cost of birth control without forcing faith based organizations to pay for it.

Employees working for nonprofits with religious affiliations could get full contraception coverage, by having a health insurer pay for it.

Vicki Cowart, the President of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains released a statement in support of the revised accommodation.

"This policy delivers on the promise of women having access to birth control without co-pays no matter where they work. This policy makes it clear that your boss does not get to decide whether you can have birth control."
