NEW HB 11-1043 SUCKS! This new House bill Comes into effect July 1, 2011 I HAVE A SOLUTION for a lot of your needs. With the current New regulations there is going to be a lot of movement in Grow Centers, Caregivers, and Dispensaries. There is a New possibility that the State is going to PUBLICLY ADVERTISE every private caregiver facility and Grow op that has registered. What this means is YOUR AT RISK!! SECURITY SYSTEMS ARE WHAT YOU NEED! That’s what I got! WE offer a Nationally known product. We want to protect you! We offer Full home/business Security systems, Cameras, Audio, Video surround sound equipment, THE WORKS! Due to the Recent Changes and Bad name given to people that conduct business w/ Growers in Grand Valley Area. We have chosen to keep ourselves anonymous until Serious inquires Come through. You need protection too! My phone number is (253)683-9052 Will be looking forward to your Response. The names Brian

Why is no one talking about this? HB1043 (Patient Rights Cleanup and Caregiver Registration bill) Laid over until Mon., April 11, 2011 at 9am. House floor debate. No public comment. This bill requires all caregivers to provide the DOR all patients MMR numbers of their license, also makes location of grows public record. Action must be started to stop this insanity by the DOR/MMED. This is an invasion of the Colorado Constitution amendment 20 and the HIPPA act!

Wasn't the Constitution written on hemp paper, or rolling papers, lmao

In response to JCReynolds comment. The Amendment 20 to the Colorado Constitution was passed by voters in the general election year 2000. It explicity allows for the use of Medical Marijuana and contains provisions for possession, cultivation and use by qualified individuals.
