Just-say-in raises some valid concerns and what appears to be a huge conflict in governing authorities.....I thought the DOE corruption, reality show barrage, and overall dumbing down had weeded most of you out. Oh well, soon enough. The future will be a combo of the movies 'idiocracy' and 'the time machine'.

What changed regarding the confinement law? Since when does City Gov't tell County Gov't entity what it can and can not do? Clearly sounds like the City reduced ability of Animal Services to what little they do, and at the same tkme made a revenue generator for tnem. Explain what defines a "dangerous dog" and if this classification is pre-attack by breed or post incident of injury or death causing by ANY dog.

Article is not clear. Is this 'pre-crime'? a revenue generator for the gov. and labeling of breed. Or is this for dogs that have attacked in the past?

Who will give the homeless the money for their pit bulls? They already get free vet services

What is considered "dangerous"? Is there a specific definition? As far as I know, all dogs are capable of being dangerous, just like humans! I understand the need to maintain safety, but where do you draw the line?
