Ouray, Colo. - Colorow Nursing Home broke ground Friday on their $5 million expansion.
The Olathe facility will feature four small living areas to achieve a household feel for it's occupants.
The common area will also feature a general store, hobby area, restaurant, beauty shop and computer store.
Housing 62 people, the current facility has four private rooms. That will grow to 33 private rooms, housing 75 people.
Colorow hopes to complete the renovations by July 1.
