WESTMINSTER, Colo. - Westminster police say new evidence has been found that may lead to the killer of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway. Police say as they were investigating they found a small wooden cross and are now looking for its owner.

The cross is 1.5 inches by 1 inch.

Authorities are not saying where the cross was found or why it might be linked to the case.

For now, they are looking to the public for information about anyone who has seen the cross or businesses that sell it.
