Nestle Recalls LEAN CUISINE Ravioli Dish

DENVER - The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment announced a voluntary recall by Nestle due to possible glass fragments in a LEAN CUISINE product.

Nestle decided to act after three customers reported finding small pieces of glass in the ravioli portion of the entree. No injuries were reported.

The following is information on the recalled product:

Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli
Production Codes: 2311587812, 2312587812
Best Before: Dec. 2013

Anyone who purchased this product is asked to call Nestle at 866-586-9424.
