Murder Suspect Hears Charges

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- The man recently extradited to Mesa County for his possible involvement in the murder of a local man had his charges filed formally Tuesday.

Billy Delacy, 36, faces charges of murder after deliberation, second-degree murder and sexual exploitation of a child, as well as a misdemeanor theft charge.

Delacy is accused of being behind the murder of Luis Alberto Vasquez Oliva.

Oliva had a Craigslist ad in which he solicited sex for money, and Delacy is believed to have been one of his clients.
