Multiple Agencies Respond to Mountain Rescue

GUNNISON COUNTY, Colo.- A team effort was required to pull an injured climber off the mountain this weekend.

Sheriff's officials from both Gunnison and Pitkin counties responded to the search and rescue of an unidentified climber Saturday.

The climber was located on Snowmass Mountain and was taken to Aspen Valley Hospital.

On Sunday the climber was flown to Swedish Medical Center in Denver, where he remains in critical condition.
