Montrose Bucks Go on Sale

MONTROSE, Colo.- It's that time of the year again, and Montrose Bucks are back.

The Montrose Association of Commerce and Tourism is offering the currency exchange so you can get "more bang for your buck," and support all Montrose retailers and merchants by shopping locally.

The cash could only be used in Montrose and can be purchased at 1519 E. Main Street.

If you buy $25 worth, you'll receive an extra $5, if you buy $50, you'll receive an extra $10, and if you buy $1000 worth, you'll receive an extra $20.

These “bucks” are only available for a short period of time and starting on Friday, can be used during certain hours and dates. They are listed below:
November 16th from 2- 4 p.m.
November 19th - 21st from 2- 4 p.m.

Did you mean $100 worth for an extra $20? if not, can one purchase $50 worth twice? what is a "montrose buck" How many "bucks do you get for $25, are they only good at certain stores on specific merchanise?
