Mitt Romney Addresses Crowd in Denver, Plans Pueblo Stop Monday

DENVER- Mitt Romney claims he is the man who can finally change Washington.

That's what he said to the crowd during his latest appearance in Colorado Sunday.

The GOP presidential hopeful appeared in front of an enthusiastic crowd of about 7,000 at the D'Evelyn High School in Denver.

The rally, which was his first in Colorado in more than a month, came after a rough two weeks during which Romney was criticized for a secret recording in which he appeared to dismiss the 47 percent of people who do not pay income taxes.

During the appearance, Romney blamed the president for the nation's slow economic recovery and said he would bring about more job growth as president.

Gov. Romney continues his Colorado campaign Monday morning in Pueblo.
