Mesa County Closures for New Year's Day

MESA COUNTY, Colo.- In observance of the New Year, Mesa County Administrative offices will be closed on Tuesday.

The one day closure includes, the Health Department and Department of Human Services, the Clerk and Recorder, Planning and Public Works, all offices at the Old Courthouse, such as Administration, Treasurer and Assessor, the Regional Transportation Planning Office and all Clerk and Recorder branch offices.

The Mesa County Animal Services Shelter will be closed on Tuesday. Officers will be on call for emergencies.

The closure does not include the Coroner's Office, Criminal Justice Services or emergency functions of the sheriff's office.

All offices will re-open on Wednesday.
