Meeker Man Arrested For Bank Robbery

MEEKER, Colo.- A 25-year-old man is arrested for robbing a bank in Meeker.

Around 9:30 on April 12th 2012, Thursday morning, Jock Thacker walked into the Mountain Valley Bank wearing a cowboy hat, boots and spurs demanding money.

Thacker was arrested on suspicion of robbery and was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Officials haven't said how much money was taken, but said it was recovered.
