GRAND JUNCTION, Colo- A man is arrested and released on a summons after bringing knives into the Federal Building

Grand Junction Police officials say the man forgot that he had two knives concealed on him when he went into the Federal Building to conduct some business.

Officials say the man was stopped by security and was told to put the knives in his car. However, officials say he didn't have a car, so he went outside.

Federal security guards confronted him there, and found him in possession of two knives.

The Police Department says the man was arrested and released on a summons for a misdemeanor charge of illegally carrying a concealed weapon.
