Man Dies After Getting Trapped Under ATV

MESA COUNTY, Colo.- The Mesa County Sheriff's Office says a 62-year-old man has died after getting trapped under a four-wheeler Monday in east Orchard Mesa.

The man was riding near 3463 D Road when he crashed his vehicle and was pinned underneath it.

When rescue crews arrived the man was neither conscious nor breathing.

It is unclear whether the man died from injuries sustained in the crash, a medical condition or natural causes.

A report will be released by the Mesa County Coroner's Office to confirm exactly what happened.
