Man Gets 30 Months, Forces Alcohol To Minors

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- The man arrested this summer for holding a 9 year old down and forcing the child to consume alcohol was sentenced Friday.

Brady Sipe, will serve 30 months probation and will have substance abuse and evaluation treatment.

Sipe pleaded guilty to two separate counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of child abuse.

Earlier this Summer, Sipe offered a child a beer, and when the child refused, he held the child down and forced the kid to drink it.

He also provided six other minors alcohol.
