GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- The man believed to be connected to the murder of a Mesa County man is now back in Grand Junction.

Billy Delacey, 36, was transported from Pennsylvania. He arrived at the Mesa County Jail early Tuesday morning.

Delacey is suspected in the murder of a man who was found dead in his apartment in August 2011.

The victim, Luis Alberto Vasquez Oliva, was found violently beaten.

Authorities say Oliva had a Craigslist ad in which he solicited sex for money.

Evidence shows Delacey, who was a Fruita resident at the time and had a prior record, was one of Oliva's clients.

Delacey was arrested in Montgomery County, Pa., in September. He had moved in with relatives last December during the investigation.

Delacey is facing several charges, including first and second-degree murder.
