JOHNSTOWN, Colo. Johnstown police have arrested a man on suspicion of kidnapping, after a 16-year-old girl who was missing for two days says she was held hostage.

The girl was found Thursday morning after she allegedly was able to sneak away from her captor while he slept. She had last been seen Tuesday night.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued a missing child alert after she sent text messages and Facebook messages saying she was in trouble and scared.

Johnstown Police have arrested 38-year-old David Calderon in connection with the girl's disappearance.

According to our sister station KCNC, Calderon has a long criminal past. He is now facing charges of kidnapping, false imprisonment, unlawful sexual contact, menacing, child abuse and assault.

Calderon is expected to make his first court appearance Friday afternoon.

I'm sure the ACLU will get involved in this somewhere, and claim this guy was just lonely and when he was arrested his "civil rights" were somehow infringed. And because he appears to be Hispanic some other group will step in to save him.

Look at that grungy effer, her mouth is totally tainted forever. Glad she got out of it alive and safe.
