Man Accused of Murdering Wife Heads to Trial

DELTA, Colo.- Billy Kissner was arrested for second-degree murder in early May after authorities said new information about his wife's death pointed to him as a suspect.

Shortly after the arrest he posted his $100,000 bond. Kissner is now heading to trial.

Raelynn Kissner was found dead in a hot tub at the couple's home in November 2010.

Billy Kissner is set to be back in court Aug. 9.
