Local Residents Invent New Cookware Organizer

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Local inventors are looking to the community to help launch their new product.
Grand Junction residents Dave and Jenny Hall invented “Glideware" as a byproduct to help solve a clutter problem in their own kitchen.
After the couple’s organization cookware system received a ton of support, they say they decided to take it to the next level.
The couple has brought it to a crowd funding website named Kickstarter to raise funds prior to taking it to the retail market.
“If we don’t raise the $30,000, we don’t get anything,” said Dave Hall, creator. “None of our backers are charged any money either, so at this point we are just looking for people to get on Kickstarter and support our project.”
They are currently on day five of the 33 day campaign to raise the $30,000 and already have almost 25 percent of the funds.
The Halls have been working on this product for almost a half a year and Glideware will be featured next month during the 2013 Parade of Homes.
