CHARLOTTE, N.C.- A local delegate shared her experiences from the Democratic National Convention as it kicked off in Charlotte Monday.

Jayne Bilberry of Montrose is attending her second Democratic National Convention and says she is learning a lot.

"We're excited to go there and find out how we can connect our message with the voters. Then I will come back to Colorado and hopefully spread the news and we'll enlighten folks on why voting for the Democratic Party is in their best interest," said Bilberry.

Bilberry is representing Colorado's 3rd Congressional District.

KREX! Did you have a headline story where you highlighted a local delegate at the RNC?

Floyd, let me revise part of your statement. If obama was any kind of man at all, he would resign his job for not being able to accomplish what needs to be done.

IF, obama was any kind of man at all, he would have rolled his sleeves up and gotten to work in the interest of the American people. Instead, all we got was the blame game and nothing but campaigning, NOT in the best interest of the American people. The only interest the democrat party has in the American people is whatever money we have left, they are interested in taking it from us.

Why would I care about this? A local nut case goes to a convention of nut cases and traitors. This isn't "news" it's propaganda!
