Limited Coverage During Holmes' Plea Hearing

DENVER (AP)- According to Judge William Sylvester's wishes, only one video camera and one still camera will be allowed in the courtroom when Colorado theater shooting suspect James Holmes enters his plea in March.

The two cameras will provide pool coverage for the news media at Holmes' arraignment hearing on March 12.

No audio will be recorded.

Holmes' attorneys had objected to the cameras saying it would violate their client's rights to due process, a fair trial and an impartial jury.

Holmes is charged with multiple counts of murder and attempted murder in the July 20 shootings in Aurora that killed 12 people and injured 70.
