DENVER(AP)- Colorado House members will discuss a controversial law in place regarding infidelity.
Although the law isn't enforced, lawmakers will consider taking the crime off the books in a Thursday committee hearing.
Previous attempts failed amid concerns the change would send the wrong message and promote cheating.
