Jury Selection Underway in Eric Janusz Trial

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- A Mesa County jury will soon hear the case against a former Grand Junction police officer and firefighter.

Jury selection is underway in the sexual assault trial of Eric Janusz, 42.

Late Monday afternoon, court officials said they were getting close to seating a jury.

Janusz is accused of four counts of sexual assault on a child in a position of trust and four counts of sexual assault on a child in a position of trust, with a pattern of abuse.
