Jensen's Attorney Files For Gag Order

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Heather Jensen's attorney has filed a motion to the judge for a gag order.

The gag order would stop legal teams from being able to discuss details of the case.

District Attorney, Pete Hautzinger, said they'll file an objection to the order. He says they'll be objecting the order on a number of grounds, but largely because Hautzinger says the defense attorney has no legal support to order such a motion.

Heather Jensen is the mother of 4-year-old Tyler and 2-Year-Old William Jensen, who were left in a running vehicle on the Grand Mesa in Nov. and died from hyperthermia.

why would the judge allow a gag order now? the prosecution has already tainted the case with their leaks! thought it was supposed to be innocent until PROVEN guilty. just let her go already before you waste the tax payers money!
