It is a very sad tragic accident....what about the man that took his child put him in his car to keep warm, and shoveled snow.. The child died..an accident...he is told you poor thing.. So if she was walking a dog or shoveling snow it would really be an accident...but she was in a truck right next to her 4 runner and maybe having to much fun,,it is NOT AN ACCIDENT...How? The poor girl has not even been able to grive for her husband or children.. Such a shame..Do not judge unless you have NEVER DONE ONE WRONG THING.. What about her family that really do love her. They are not making comments to anyone, I guess they know better or their words just get twisted in a web..Or maybe they do not want to be just like everyone else JUDGING HER..I really hope she does get a FAIR trial..

Are you for real contemplating Yes it was a accident she created. So its ok to take two life's for a bump and grind in the back seat. If she should of done it in her car the kids would still be alive today. Bad choice on her part.

they should quit wasting taxpayer dollars and let her go. an accident is just that no matter what the circumstances

I hope she gets a fair hearing and then toss the key in a deep lake so she never gets out.
