DENVER- A bill that would grant in-state tuition to illegal immigrants in Colorado has now passed the Colorado House and is headed for Governor Hickenlooper's Desk.

Three Republicans and every Democrat voted in favor of the bill which now rests in the hands of Governor Hickenlooper.

Similar bills have been debated by Colorado Lawmakers, however, this is the first to make it this far in legislation.

The bill is expected to be signed into law by Gov. Hickenlooper.
