Heather Jensen Formally Charged in Court

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. While her former in-laws prepare to lay Tyler and William to rest Thursday, Heather Jensen was back in court.

Jensen was formally charged with the crimes relating to the death of her two sons who were left in a running car on the Grand Mesa and died from hyperthermia.

Jensen is charged with child abuse resulting in death, negligent homicide and false reporting.

She's also barred from having any contact with victims or witnesses in the case and anyone under 18 years old.

Jensen will be back in court next Thursday, February 14 at 9 a.m.

It's too bad that she will be getting jail time instead of getting fried for murder...At least she could get baked like she did to her kids...RIP children...and give heather the max allowed by law

guy in a northern state leaves his child unattended in the car, poor child dies from carbon monoxide poisoning. everyone says poor dad how can we help must be a double standard in this country. results are the same except for the moral police
