Heather Jensen Checks Into Mesa County Jail

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Heather Jensen is back in Mesa County.

Sunday evening, Jensen was booked into the Mesa County Jail. Jensen was released from the Lee County Jail in Florida on Wednesday.

Jensen is expected to appear at a hearing Monday afternoon via video, to be advised of her charges. Jensen is being held on $150,000 cash bond, which could be modified today in court.

Jensen, the mother of the two boys who died from hyperthermia on the Grand Mesa, was arrested in Florida on Jan.16.

She's charged with 5 counts, including child abuse resulting in death, negligent homicide and false reporting.

The boy's grandparents are also going to be in court Monday to learn if they are getting custody of the children's bodies for burial purposes.

We'll bring you an update on the case as soon as it becomes available.

everyone is just perfect morally and parent wise. johnny jensen doesnt have custody of his kids, his girlfriend allicia lost custody of her kids and by the way is in the mesa co jail also. why dont we all just throw stones!

come on heather. i know you. you left your boys in that 4 runner in the sunner after you left a fish fry in palisade with the guy you were cheating on when your husband was alive. that night one of the boys got out and went to the neighbors house while you left them and were in the hous having sex with him. it public record that same man moved in with you 2 days after your husband died. you collected money from your husband and your father both times things can not be answered. wanting the creamation done right away just does not add up. just saying and i know you your drugs and money. you need the death penility

come on heather. you left your boys in your 4 runner in the summer at the guys house you were cheating on before your husband died. oneof theem got out and went next door looking for his mommy the police were called . that time it was hot summer they would died then of heat. 2 days after that guy moved in with you really. life insurance and your dad realy life insurance what part of human life is worth an amount oof money for your drug habbits and sel centered ness . you should be questioned on all of this. I knew you and know how many times you left those kis alone so you could go to the bar and mess around. you need the death penelity
