Hearing Delayed for James Holmes

DENVER- There's a new twist in the case of Aurora theater shooting suspect James Holmes.

A court hearing has been delayed due to an unspecified condition.

According to KCNC in Denver, their sources say Holmes has made multiple suicide attempts in recent days, at least one that required a brief hospitalization.

On Wednesday Holmes' defense team requested that a hearing scheduled for Thursday be postponed, although they didn't provide specifics.

The judge agreed to delay the hearing until Dec. 10.

Holmes is charged in the July 20 shooting that left 12 people dead and 58 wounded.
