Health Rebates Heading to Colorado

by KREX News Room
by Kristina Kuestner

WASHINGTON- The White House and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services say 121,000 Colorado families will receive an average of $227 dollars in rebates for 2012.

It's coming from a provision within the federal Affordable Care Act, called the 80/20 rule.

The health care law requires health insurance companies to spend at least 80 percent of consumers' premium dollars on medical care and quality improvement.

If they do not, the law requires a rebate to customers by August 1.

Just repeal the unconstitutional travesty and let the eugenicists keep the rebate.
