GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- The city of Grand Junction has rescheduled its Fourth of July fireworks show for Sept. 2.

The original display was canceled due to extremely dry conditions statewide.

Now that the fire danger has gone down, officials have rescheduled the show. There will also be a Grand Junction Rockies game that day.

The show will take place at Lincoln Park. It starts at 9 p.m.

Seating in the stadium will be for Rockies ticket holders only, but, there will be plenty of room in the park, to pull up a lawn chair or a blanket.
