GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- What do you do when life hands you lemons? You make lemonade, and then donate the funds to the Pine Ridge Fire's disaster relief.

Heidi Sagememmott, 10, organized a lemonade stand to raise money for victims of the Pine Ridge Fire.

Although she's new to the lemonade business, she must be doing something right. The business-savvy girl raised a total of $316 on Saturday and Sunday.

She originally had a goal in mind of about $35. "It's for the people who have lost their homes. It's sad that they don't have a home anymore and nowhere to go," said Sagememmott.

Sagememmott will give the money she raised to the Red Cross.

She plans to set up her stand again June 7 and 8, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Her stand is located at 782 Jade Street.
