DENVER- Since Colorado is such a desired territory in the election, it should come as no surprise that Denver, Colorado Springs and Grand Junction are among the top markets in the country for political ads.

According to a recent survey by the Wesleyan Media Project, Denver is No. 1 for its amount of ads. There were 7,770 between Sept. 9 and 30.

With 4,878 ads, Colorado Springs ranks 11th in the country.

Grand Junction got the 12th spot with 4,661 ads during that same period of time.

The top 15 markets with the most ads are in just five states: Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Ohio and Virginia.

President Barack Obama's ads outnumbered Romney's in 14 of the 15 markets.

The Republican challenger had more ads in Las Vegas, which is ranked No. 2.

I don't see how that is possible. We are told everyday that Barry has already won this and voting is just a mere formality. Why would he be running ads in a panic if his re-election was a forgone conclusion?
