GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Gov. John Hickenlooper is ordering flags to be lowered to half-staff Tuesday in honor of the youngest Aurora theater victim

Veronica Moser-Sullivan was only 6 years old when she was killed in the movie theater incident on July 20.

A private funeral mass for Veronica will be held Tuesday in Denver.

Flags were initially lowered in the days following the shooting in memory of those who lost their lives, and they were raised again July 29 after the last scheduled funeral.

Hickenlooper announced at the time he would lower flags again when Veronica's funeral was set.
